To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dapurtoto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, Dapurtoto is not liable for: losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform; technical interruptions, service outages, or third-party network failures; losses resulting from the actions of other players; or losses arising from changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect your ability to use the Platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Dapurtoto's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may request closure of your Dapurtoto account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
